Currently under construction, The V is a residential development featuring 166 units, a variety of amenity spaces, and parking for 149 vehicles. The structure consists of five levels of wood framing over a single level of concrete construction. At the west end of the development, the structure extends three levels below grade, maximizing the use of the site and accommodating the project’s unique topography.
