Bellara Senior Living is a 192,000-square-foot mixed-use development featuring 127 assisted living units and 30 memory care guest rooms. This licensed residential care facility offers a variety of amenity spaces at the street level, thoughtfully integrated around 89 parking spaces. Above the parking garage, a landscaped courtyard provides residents with generous outdoor living and gathering space. The podium structure consists of three levels of cold-formed steel (CFS) framing over two levels of concrete construction.
