Broadstone Vin is a five-story, mixed-use development located in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood. The project features 118 residential units, parking for 59 vehicles, and street-level retail spaces that contribute to the vibrant neighborhood environment. The podium structure consists of four levels of wood framing over a single level of concrete construction.
